My psychiatrist gave me a prescription for Trileptal and Xanax. My tiny dinosaur plush. Fuzzy socks. I talked to C today for a little while. It was nice.

A couple of entries ago, I said something about wanting to think of things I was grateful for in a day. I decided to keep that log here, because well.
